ABOUT MAQOHSC
The South Australian Mining and Quarrying Occupational Health and Safety Committee (MAQOHSC) is a tripartite body established under the South Australian Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Act, 1986. Their mandate is to promote occupational health and safety and prevent injury and disease within the mining and quarrying industry. The Mining and Quarrying Occupational Health and Safety Committee sponsored the production of the SAFE Mining and Quarrying dvd series, which significantly contributes to its vision and mission (www.maqohsc.sa.gov.au).

MAV Media Pty Ltd is an independent, nationally accredited, multi-award winning, multi-media content creator. Based in South Australia, they commenced operation in 1992. The owner/manager of MAV Media, Kim Mavromatis, has 30 years experience in multi-media content creation, for television, video, dvd, and rich media for online delivery, and is a Nationally Accredited (Australian Video Producers Association) coporate video producer (www.avpa.org.au).
