The following terms and conditions apply. REFUNDS / RETURNS POLICY We do not refund any monies - so before you purchase please make sure this product is right for your site. All dvds are checked before shipment, but if found faulty will be replaced at no cost, once we have received back the faulty dvds. Please return to: MAV Media Pty Ltd, PO Box 29, Port Pirie, South Australia, Australia 5540. Before shipping back the faulty dvds please make contact with us via email (mav@mavmedia.com.au). SHIPMENT Once an order is made and paid for, shipment will occur within 5 working day via express courier worldwide. Shipment is free to anywhere in the world. PAYMENTS Once in place, all online credit card payments will be made through the secure NAB Transact facility,  National Australia Bank E-Commerce online platform and payment gateway.  To protect cardholder data NAB Transact complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). The PCI DSS is the global data security standard that any business of any size must adhere to in order to accept payment cards (http://www.nab.com.au/wps/wcm/connect/nab/nab/home/business_solutions/1/3/12/10). And is best security practice. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY POLICY All confidential information will be kept confidential and secure as per the confidentiality and privacy policy governing the NAB Transact facility and the privacy laws governing Australia. COPYRIGHT All materials including dvds and training materials are copyright and are subject to copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchasing the training package does not give you the right to copy the dvds.
